Difference Between Used vs. Refurbished

“Used” electronics refers to products previously owned by a consumer and are sold as-is. Features to Look for When Buying Refurbished Computers

• Features: This is where you want to ask yourself what you need out of an electronic device. Do you need larger storage? Better specs?
• Cost: Make sure to keep your budget in mind in regards to the specs you want and if there are any features you need 
• Certification: If you’re going the refurbished route, you want to make sure you choose a certified refurbished product, rather than just pre-owned since it doesn’t undergo the same testing process refurbished products do
• Manufacturer reputation: Above all, choosing a manufacturer that has a reputation for good quality is paramount. You want to make sure that what you’re buying is going to work and fulfill your needs
• Warranty: Be sure to read and research the warranty policy so you know what you’re covered for and what you’re not
